For Print - we have creative files for: brochures, business to consumer collateral, business to business collateral, business to patient collateral, packaging, signage, and much more.
For Digital - we have converted countless materials that were originally printed to digital files. We can construct informational websites, HTML email templates, design professional and/or fun Zoom backgrounds. We even love to help with PowerPoint presentations. We also partner with very talented designers to build more robust sites.
Internally, our PMs are keenly familiar with each designers' skill set to ensure that every project is in the right hands. Our project managers are the glue that keeps all the pieces of every project together and the oil in the engine that makes each process run as smoothly as possible.
Secondary Services
We have often worked with clients on packaging who were interested in seeing how the finished product would look with different design options. This is where our 3D rendering capabilities come in. Skipping the time and expense for physical mock ups, we show you our ideas as if they were photos. This makes it easier to decide which packaging design is best. This also applies to creating customized promotional materials. We can create files (.step) that allow for the production of molds to customize and create new promotional materials.

We all know a picture is worth a thousand words, but a vector illustration is worth millions! Rev One’s talented designers love creating vector art. We focus on replicating, recreating, or creating the more simple illustrations that are necessary for the majority of our client's materials.
We are often asked to “redraw” artwork that no longer has its original files, whether that’s line art for Information for Use documents, drawings for manuals, or illustrations on medical devices. Because these requests are frequent, we've improved our speed and accuracy at doing these types of illustrations to optimize our timing on these projects. Don't get us wrong, though: we enjoy the occasional job that allows our creative minds to explore building from scratch.
Here at Rev One, we partner with stellar medical translation services. By working with smart, competent language professionals, our partners always deliver more than expected. This allows us to extend our service to provide certificates for translations services, as well as back translations.
Translations are a necessary piece of the design puzzle, but can get overlooked until it’s time to submit for review. We've become familiar with multiple industries' processes on generating and updating client facing materials. We make sure we can support our trusted partners when it comes to translations.
While we shine brightest when we are given direction, we are still open to concepting. Though we do not specialize in market research or strategic marketing, we are still able to assist with helping you get your ideas flowing.
We’ve worked with clients that do not have branding guidelines or design direction for their collateral, packaging, or signage. That’s when we step in and help put together multiple design options after a project kick off meeting to guide the direction of the design. We know there isn't always a plan for every piece of design, so count on us to help.
While proofreading is part of our embedded internal quality assurance processes, we also have professional, industry-related proofreaders that review highly regulated materials prior to legal submission. It is crucial that we have the best eyes looking over every letter, space, and punctuation mark. Our writers can also put together just the right words to help with your message when needed.
Our skilled writers can make your messaging pop. Whether it is industry related, or general material where copywriter assistance is needed, we can help. Project Managers are involved to keep the project on track, also acting as a liaison between client and copywriters to ensure optimal results.
We offer photography and photo retouching services to streamline creative continuity through your images. Many pieces we work on, like brochures and annual reports, benefit from this. Our designers are brilliant when it comes to color correction, resizing, photo manipulation, and enhancements.
Our photography partners are professional, punctual, and take the highest quality shots intended for the pieces to which they belong.
We often work with highly regulated industries requiring designed materials to go through legal review and approval to go to market. Our project managers are Veeva certified, allowing us to submit artwork for legal review. We are experienced across application platforms used to submit materials, receive feedback from the review committee, and receive approval to package files and distribute them to the appropriate destination(s).
Thanks to our quality assurance processes, we have an impressively low rate of kickbacks when submitting materials to legal review. This means iterations are at a minimum and the materials get approvals quickly, allowing for the finished product to get to market faster.

We enjoy working within highly specified constraints. PIs are a perfect example. We've created a specific standard operating processes for PIs that utilize the services we offer. This project is unique because we were able to come up with a process that involves multiple partners. When it comes to ad resizes, we work with Agencies of Record, publication houses, and our mutual clients. We all collaborate together to provide the best streamlined solution for our shared clients.
We've created a specific standard operating process for ad resizing. It is similar to our PI process where we are able to streamline our operation. This reduces our turn around times without compromising the quality of the product.

Our customized promotional material projects have been among the most challenging and rewarding projects we have done. The projects begin with concepting different ideas for initial molds, then putting together 3D renderings, and seeing through to the manufacturing of the product.
Having the tangible product in hand when complete gives us and the client a sense of satisfaction. We concept, move forward with approved ideas, design .step files for the mold, produce schematic sheets, finalize samples from the factory - which can be shipped if materials are needed sooner, and send out once mass production is complete.
Lahlouh’s office in China allows us to overlook the quality assurance process for production, creating a foundation that makes it possible for our clients to depend on us.

Signage on demand is a strategic process we as a team come up with in partnership with Lahlouh. The design, manufacturing, and distribution process has been streamlined to make it easy for our mutual client to order signage on demand.
While signage on demand does not require many of our services, the significance of our process is collaboration between our clients and their requests, the designs, and Lahlouh's manufacturing team.

Having Lahlouh as a partner brings an edge to our design processes for customized design packaging. We work with their CAD team to engineer a customized package for our client's products, designing the structure to the design and vice versa.
Another advantage of using CAD is that we are provided with die lines that support our process of putting together 3D renderings of different graphic design options for the packaging.
